2024 Core Values and Principles

We are in a new era of the Management Association of the Philippines. Now under the leadership of Sec. Rene D. Almendras, the MAP introduces their new core values and principles for 2024. These core values will serve as the pillars of guidance for all upcoming activities and initiatives this year.

New core values

PROFESSIONALISM

We treat our stakeholders with respect and fairness, and we observe fairness and objectivity in furthering the best interests of the MAP and its members. We recognize the uniqueness of individuals and groups, and their need to be differently motivated to bring out the best in them.​

INTEGRITY

We observe the highest standards of ethics in all our dealings, and we acknowledge our obligations to our community and our country as well as our duties as responsible citizens.​

LEADERSHIP

We show the way, and always strive to pursue higher and bigger goals for ourselves and for our country.​

PATRIOTISM

We affirm our deep love for our country, and our commitment to civic duty and concern for the common good, driven by our pride of our history and our heritage. ​

 

New leadership

Sec. Rene D. Almendras is the 76th President of the MAP. Currently, he is the President and CEO of AC Logistics Holding Corporation and Public Affairs Group Head of Ayala Corporation. He also serves as Senior Managing Director of AC, and is a Board Director of various companies within the Ayala Group.
