ARTA’s Director-General, Secretary Ernesto V. Perez was invited to the BDB Law – MAP Breakfast Dialogue to share the ways on improving the ease of doing business through ARTA or the Anti-Red Tape Authority. ARTA was created under R.A. No. 11032 or the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.”
