Secretary Ernesto V. Perez, the Director-General of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA); Mr. Zaldy I. Masangkay, the Division Chief of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and Atty. Benedicta Du-Baladad, the President of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 22, 2023 in Shangri-La The Fort.

The partnership aims to implement a joint project of providing necessary technical assistance, through capacity-building programs, to select local government units (LGUs) in compliance with the provisions of RA 11032 or the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.”
