September 20, 2023Senior Undersecretary of the Department of National Defense (DND) Irineo C. Espino was invited on the September 20, 2023 General Membership Meeting (GMM) of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) to discuss the priority plans and programs of the Department in relation to its pursuit of protecting the country against external and internal threats, and maintaining law and order.
