This MPC enjoins the three signatory-organizations to share best management practices to promote management excellence and to mount education, information and communication activities that enhance the knowledge and skills of management practitioners and educators. The MPC also calls for the creation of training and development programs that produce great managers and leaders, and the advocacy for reforms that will help improve the ease of doing business in the region.
